Margaret Faso

Margaret Faso serves as Senior Director, Public Policy of HR Policy Association and Executive Director of HRPA's American Health Policy Institute. Margaret provides legislative and regulatory analysis of health care policies and advocates for the Association before Congress and the Administration. Prior to joining the Association, Margaret worked in Accreditation Policy at the National Committee for Quality Assurance where she served as a content expert for quality improvement, credentialing, and state and federal regulatory standards. Margaret received her MPH in Health Policy from Emory University in 2016 and a BA in Psychology from Skidmore College in 2011.

Sarah Hagerty, PhD

Sarah holds a doctorate in clinical psychology and neuroscience from University of Colorado Boulder and completed an advanced fellowship in PTSD at Stanford University. Prior to her role at Lyra, she served as an independent mental health strategy consultant for companies of various sizes across a variety of industries. She has a passion for using her expertise at the intersection of research, clinical practice, and neuroscience to deliver data-driven insights that help individuals and organizations thrive.
