Back-to-School: Supporting Your Workforce and Their Children’s Mental Health

Learn why children’s mental health has reached such a critical stage and how the mental health of children impacts working parents.

What You’ll Learn

Finding work and life harmony has become more and more challenging, especially for working parents. Mental health issues have been intensified due to multiple psychosocial stressors, adding to the difficulties experienced by families as a whole. When it comes to finding whole family mental healthcare multiple barriers to access exist including long wait lists, limited providers, and high out-of-pocket costs. This has led to employers playing an important role in not only supporting working parents before they burnout but providing mental wellness for the entire family unit.
