Dr. Joe Grasso

Joe Grasso, PhD, is the Vice President of Workforce Transformation at Lyra Health and a clinical psychologist by training. At Lyra, he oversees Lyra's product suite for supporting workplace mental health and he leads a team of experts who consult with employers on their management practices, corporate policies, and learning and development programs. Dr. Grasso has been interviewed by national media outlets including CNN, Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, Fast Company, and Washington Post for his perspective on workforce mental health topics. Prior to joining Lyra, Dr. Grasso managed the implementation of a national training program for the US Department of Veterans Affairs, where he also led quality improvement initiatives and conducted health services research. His peer-reviewed research spans topics including integrated health care, psychotherapy outcomes, and the intersection of social identities and mental health.

Traci McGinnis

Traci McGinnis is the Vice President of Health Informatics at Benefitfocus, with responsibility over the end-to-end Health Insights solution. Her team serves as the client’s primary point of contact for Health Insights, working with clients to get the most out of their medical and pharmacy claim data to contain costs and improve the health of their member populations. Traci brings with her more than 20 years in client and vendor management, with a focus on using data to solve business challenges. She serves on the Self-Insurance Institute of America’s (SIIA) Price Transparency Committee and is passionate about the opportunity for transparency in healthcare data to truly make a difference on the cost and quality of care for Americans.

She is passionate about education and ensuring her team and her clients are informed in the ways to use data to contain cost and implement the right strategies for the management of their population’s health. Traci earned her Master of Science degree in Healthcare Informatics and Analytics from Tufts University School of Medicine.
