About the Panel

Monica Wu

Monica Wu, PhD is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in evidence-based mental health care for youth and their families, with a focus on anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, and other related disorders. Dr. Wu is a Lead Clinical Product Manager at Lyra Health, where she develops child and family-focused clinical programs and digital content, and conducts program evaluation research. She is dedicated to providing quality care and engaging in community-based outreach to promote evidence-based mental health care to families. Prior to Lyra, Dr. Wu served on faculty in the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the UCLA Semel Institute, and established her clinical and scientific expertise through peer-reviewed scientific publications, book chapters, and research awards from national organizations.

Laura Hurlbert 

Laura is a committed leader with a passion for all aspects of the Behavioral Health field and supporting Quantum Health members during their healthcare journey. Laura leads Quantum's behavioral health clinical team in helping members transition back into the community after treatment from higher levels of care.  Laura’s tenure and leadership has helped to continuously optimize the program to deliver a thoughtful member experience, ultimately helping to reduce readmissions and improve outcomes. Prior to joining Quantum Health, she held a leadership role at Columbus Springs Dublin Mental Health Facility. On a personal note, Laura enjoys family time which typically involves sporting events. You will usually find her at an ice rink supporting her ice hockey goalie son.

Reed Campbell

Reed Campbell is a seasoned Product Marketer at Lyra Health, specializing in teen and family mental health. With over a decade of experience in digital health, a background in biology, and hands-on patient experience, Reed combines strategic, analytical, and creative skills. He has a proven track record across various healthcare verticals, successfully launching and scaling innovative solutions for patients and members.
