Paul Sale

As the Managing Director of Total Rewards, Paul Sale establishes strategic goals and direction to design, implement, communicate and support the administration of compensation, benefit, retirement and employee travel programs. He works collaboratively throughout the organization creating solutions that have the potential for transformational change that will enable the company to attract, reward, and retain top talent.

Paul joined Alaska in December 2022 from serving in a Senior HR advisory role for Portland General Electric. Prior to that role, he served as the SVP, CHRO for FLIR and CHRO for Mentor Graphics.
