Join this session to learn how leading companies are shifting from siloed point solutions to smarter, more connected strategies that support the whole person.
Mental health is rarely the only need your workforce is managing. Fertility journeys, chronic pain, weight concerns, and caregiving stress often show up alongside anxiety or burnout—but most benefit strategies still treat these challenges separately. The result? A maze of point solutions, rising costs, and frustrated employees.
Join this session to learn how leading companies are shifting from siloed point solutions to smarter, more connected strategies that support the whole person. You’ll get a preview of the next wave of innovations that reduce admin lift, unlock cross-benefit collaboration, and drive better outcomes—without adding complexity.
