What You’ll Learn

Four years after COVID-19 changed our world, employees face a daunting task: managing the aftermath of a global crisis while balancing their work and personal lives. Yet, with mounting stressors like inflation, mass layoffs, and a feeling of helplessness amid international wars and climate-related disasters, workers need more support—and employers are taking action.

In Lyra Health’s fourth annual State of Workforce Mental Health Report, we surveyed HR and employee benefits leaders and thousands of employees across industries in the U.S. and beyond to better understand their experiences, views, and plans regarding mental health in the workplace. Join this webinar with Lyra’s Dr. Joe Grasso, vice president of Workforce Transformation, and Dr. Alethea Varra, senior vice president of clinical care, to learn practical ways companies can cultivate healthier teams and grow stronger, more prosperous organizations.
