WEBINAR REPLAY

The Value of a Quality Mental Health Benefit

Learn how managers and benefits leaders can help employees stay mentally well in this new normal.

What You’ll Learn in this On-Demand Replay

Mental health benefits are rapidly becoming a top priority for companies. In fact, a survey from Lyra found that 73 percent of employers planned to invest in employee mental health this year. Providing easily accessible mental health benefits can lead to clinical improvement and recovery for many mental health issues. This in turn can reduce costs by improving productivity and retention and minimizing absenteeism and presenteeism. But not all mental health benefits are created equal. It can be confusing deciphering which benefit will provide the care your workforce needs to live happier, healthier, and more productive lives.

In this on-demand webinar, you'll learn:

  • The value of early intervention in mental health care and its long-term impact
  • Insights on measuring the impact and value of a mental health benefit
  • How to select a mental health benefit with quality, evidence-based care in mind
