Her public health background and deep benefit business partnership experience includes roles as a senior benefits business partner at Target and as a population health consultant at UnitedHealth Group.

Alice Vichaita

Alice Vichaita is the Head of Global Benefits at Pinterest. During her tenure, Alice implemented Pinterest’s first mental health program benefiting employees and their families, and helped support mental health initiatives at Pinterest designed to further de-stigmatize mental wellness. Prior to Pinterest, Alice led benefits programs at LinkedIn and Salesforce.
