She leads the Occupational and Non-Occupational Leave and Disability programs and the Mental Wellness program across Genentech and Roche in the U.S., supporting over 24,000 employees. Prior to joining Genentech, she founded a consulting firm where she supported teams at Kaiser Permanente and Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford.
