Deborah Olson, Principal Benefits Manager, Genentech

Deb is an ability management strategist with a record of achievement designing and implementing mental wellness programs. She leads the Occupational and Non-Occupational Leave and Disability programs and the Mental Wellness program across Genentech and Roche in the U.S., supporting over 24,000 employees. Prior to joining Genentech, she founded a consulting firm where she supported teams at Kaiser Permanente and Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford.

Sean McBride, Head of Partnerships, Lyra Health

Sean leads Lyra’s new partnership efforts with employers. Prior to Lyra, Sean worked at Castlight Health, The White House’s National Economic Council, The Brookings Institution’s Health Care Reform Center, and Khulisa Management Services.
