About the Panel

Shannon Daly

Shannon is the Sr. Director of Global Benefits at VMware. She joined VMware back in 2015 to lead the overall strategy and design all global programs related to health, wellbeing and financial benefits. Her passion is evolving global strategies that provide employees choice to support employees where they are in defining their own approach to health and wellbeing. Shannon has spent that last twenty-five years in the High-Tech industry overseeing various Compensation and Benefits teams and really enjoys finding creative programs that help promote a diverse, equitable and inclusive company.

John Senay

As the Manager of Corporate Benefits at Holman Enterprises, John Senay leads a team of wellness, benefits, and leave specialists responsible for 5,500 US employees’ health and well-being. Ultimately, his goal is to create a benefits culture that focuses on the care and support employees and their families need to have content, fulfilling lives. Over the last few years, Mr. Senay has worked towards this goal by creating an award-winning wellness program, reduced medical copays, and offered digital solutions for diabetes, MSK, and sleep. He also introduced a mobile care nursing program that provides in-person/virtual care for those struggling with healthcare issues.

Susan Wyatt

Susan is a recognized leader with a passion for public health and creating systems that help people lead physically and mentally healthy lives. Susan currently leads the Customer Success team at Lyra Health, overseeing relationships and building trust with partner companies, and serves as a company spokeswoman. Her public health background and deep benefit business partnership experience includes roles as a senior benefits business partner at Target and as a population health consultant at UnitedHealth Group.
