About the Panel

Rob Jarvis, LCSW

Rob Jarvis is an Associate Director, Health Management, based in the Willis Towers Watson Chicago office. He has over 25 years’ experience as a mental health clinician, health management consultant and program administrator. As a subject matter expert on mental health and wellbeing, Rob provides strategic consulting on mental health initiatives, vendor programs, program design and overall vendor management.

Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson, Rob spent 15 years in the mental health field working as a psychotherapist in a variety of treatment settings including a psychiatric hospital, a mental health clinic, a primary care clinic, a supportive housing program and a runaway shelter for teens, in addition to working as a program administrator for a Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program for individuals with mental health disorders.

Monica Wu, PhD

Monica Wu, PhD is a licensed clinical psychologist and a Senior Clinical Product Manager at Lyra Health, where she develops digital content for the blended care programs and conducts program evaluation research. Dr. Wu specializes in anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, and other related disorders in children, adolescents, and young adults. She is passionate about providing quality care and engaging in community-based outreach to promote evidence-based mental health care to families. Prior to Lyra, she served on faculty in the Department of Psychiatry at the UCLA Semel Institute, and established her clinical and scientific expertise through 40+ peer-reviewed scientific publications, numerous book chapters, and research awards from national organizations.

Erin O'Connor

Erin O'Connor is a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Lyra Health and leads product launch efforts and market and customer research on the new complex care programs. She has a degree in Strategic Communication and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has a passion for photography, travel, and being a mental health advocate.
