Zach Scheel

Zach Scheel is the co-founder and CEO of Rhumbix, a San Francisco-based startup helping construction contractors and field service personnel go paperless in the field and improve how they measure and manage labor, equipment, and material utilization and productivity. Zach has more than a decade of construction project management experience across three continents. As a Civil Engineer Corps Officer in the US Navy, he served as the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction and Assistant Public Works Officer at Naval Station Everett, WA, and Military Construction Manager at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti. After his active duty service, Zach worked as an Associate at Bechtel Enterprises, Assistant Area Superintendent at Ivanpah Solar Electric Generating System, and as a Project Controls Engineer at Organic Growth Project One, located in the Atacama Desert of Northern Chile. Zach has an undergraduate degree from Duke University and two master's degrees from Stanford University in business and construction. He's a registered professional engineer in the state of California and a LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C). Outside of work Zach serves as a Cause Ambassador to the Movember Foundation, is actively involved in numerous Veteran-related charities, and enjoys travel, wakeboarding, skiing, and wine.

Todd Elrod

Todd Elrod is a former U.S. Army Infantry Officer and currently, a Rhumbix Technical Service Consultant helping put workers first. Before entering the military, he earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mathematics and played college baseball. During his six years of military service, he deployed four times and earned multiple military badges, service medals, and unit-specific accolades. Since leaving the military Todd has had business titles ranging from Plant Manager to Yard Dog.

Christine Warmerdam

Christine Warmerdam is a Sr. Employee Relations Manager at Lyra Health with over 15 years of Employee Relations experience in both the private and Federal sector. Christine started her career in the private sector with Aero Inventory as their Human Resources Advisor. Christine entered into Federal Service as a Labor Relations Specialist with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM); where she served as the Chief of Workforce Relations with the BLM, overseeing employee relations, labor relations, benefits, training, and OWCP. In 2015 she transferred to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service as an Employee Relations Specialist; in 2019 was promoted to the Chief of Employee-Management Relations. Christine earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach. She is also a graduate of Lincoln Law School of Sacramento, and a member of the California State Bar. Christine is a veteran of the U.S. Army (Reverse), and served in Iraq as an Intelligence Analyst from 2003 to 2005.
