WEBINAR REPLAY
Join Dell Technologies and Lyra Health as they discuss Dell’s transition from a traditional EAP to Lyra’s innovative mental health program offerings.
Mental health challenges have skyrocketed over the last few years. And although the impact of this crisis on the workforce—from burnout to turnover—has motivated companies to more actively promote their mental health benefits, questions remain about what good these offerings are actually doing for employees. Are employees getting better? Are they having positive experiences throughout their care?
Join Amy Green, Director of Global Benefits at Dell Technologies (recently named America’s Most Loved Workplace of 2022 by Newsweek), and Christine Walanka, Director of Customer Success at Lyra, as they explain why asking these questions—and getting reliable answers—inspired Dell’s transition from a traditional EAP to Lyra’s comprehensive mental health solution.
