ON-DEMAND WEBINAR

Building Resilience: Do Your Employees Feel Mentally Strong at Work?

Hear from HR and benefits leaders about how they’ve fostered resiliency in their employee populations and the business gains that followed.

What You’ll Learn in this On-Demand Webinar

Workforce productivity and performance are foundational to corporate success, especially in high-intensity, high-stress industries. Employees are dealing with a barrage of non-work-related stressors, from the ongoing pandemic to a seemingly constant stream of natural and manmade disasters. These events have only added to employees’ stress, anxiety, trauma, burnout, and other mental health challenges. While employers can’t control current events, they can offer mental health support that helps workers cope and build resilience. Hear from HR and benefits leaders about how they’ve fostered resiliency in their employee populations and the business gains that followed.
